Jennifer Lee, MFT, TTS, CPT
Jen is the lead lifestyle counselor with the Center for Community Health & Prevention, and joined our team in 2015. Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University and has her Personal Training Certification specializing in Corrective Exercises. She is also a tobacco treatment specialist. She earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024 from the University of Rochester. Her special interests are working with people around chronic disease prevention including nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation and stress management.
Jen also provides mental health services at Strong Behavioral Health at Highland Family Medicine as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
