Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

- 72 chips (each tortilla makes 6 chips)
Ingredients
- 12 6-inch corn tortillas
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- With a pizza cutter, cut each tortilla into 6 chip-sized wedges.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
- Combine the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle on the chips.
- Bake for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chips are crisp, but not too brown. Best when served warm.
