Why did you choose EIOH?
I chose EIOH because of its exceptional clinical training via a volume of diverse patients with complex medical histories and an incomparable academic program taught by passionate faculty which not only enhanced my professional career but also made me into a holistic health care provider.
Favorite/Least Favorite thing about Rochester?
Rochester has some amazing hiking trails!
Did the EIOH experience make a better you?
Yes, not only did I gain skills in routine dental procedure but I was also able to learn from experienced AEGD residents who have earned their education and training internationally. Most importantly, EIOH helped me gain unique vision for dental needs in rural areas and a compassion for restoring function and providing a healthy grin on patients’ face.
What are your plans/next steps upon graduation?
I will be starting my internship year in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Jacobi Medical Center.
What will you miss the most?
I will miss the dental family at the Downtown Eastman clinic and working with some amazing and talented residents!
