I always have a good experience with Heather. She's the best. I drive 2 hours just to see her. I won't see another OB. She's so kind and explains anything I need to understand. I definitely trust her with my health.

Dr. Lanphere had been called away for an emergency earlier in the day and I was notified in plenty of time with the delay in my appointment. I didn't wait long after I got there. My appointment was supposed to be a checkup and turned into a lot more. She was probably very busy catching up from her emergency and patients at the office, but I wouldn't have known that because she showed so much care and was so attentive, she made me feel like I was her number one patient at that time and didn't act like I was an imposition. She listened and just truly cared, I can't say enough good things about her. She called me back with results asap and relieved my fears and concerns. [...] should be SO thankful that they have a provider with immense experience and care like she does! She was there for me in a time when I didn't have family available (because I hadn't assumed my appointment was a big deal). Just an amazing provider.

I drive an hour one way to see Dr. Lanphere for my OBGYN because of all the reasons above: even during emergencies, she always takes the time to talk me through any concerns and ensure I am a partner in the care decision at all times. I cannot ever speak highly enough of her.
