[...] Dr. Archer deserved a 10 of 10 [...]. For an earlier visit I had with her in January she had to spend more time with me because I had a recent complication that needed more time. Although she did her best to take care of my issues, she was very worried that she was going to be late for her next patient. [...]

Dr Archer is excellent! Diagnosed my broken foot and showed and explained the x-rays to me. All after another provider failed to take an xray and diagnosed incorrectly. She showed the new xray today and healed very well and no pain anymore.

The doctor took time to explain what the x-ray showed and how she usually treats my issue. She talked about a variety of options, Including a progression of treatment starting with an anti-inflammatory. At one point she went to get information about a question I had about shoe inserts and came back with the information I requested plus prescriptions she had written for the anti-inflammatory she suggested. [...] The next day, the doctor left two separate messages with information about tests needed before moving forward to surgery.I was surprised at the multiple phone calls but also by the fact that she was providing Information via phone that she was much too busy to provide when I asked In office. Overall, while I did receive information about multiple treatment options, I felt rushed and dismissed by the doctor on the day of my appointment. [...]
