Bioinformatics

The founding mission of the Genomics Research Center (GRC) Bioinformatics group is to enhance UR research employing high-throughput sequencing (HTS) through fostering collaboration and enabling UR investigators to extract maximum information from datasets.  We provide many levels of support to the research community, including but not limited to experimental design, service/collaborative analysis, and education/training .  All of our computing is conducted using the University's computing resources developed and maintained by .
