- ECOGAL-Neo? is a Zn-5%Al-based alloy-coated steel sheet in which excellent corrosion resistance is realized by adding small amounts of magnesium (Mg) and nickel (Ni) to the Zn-5%Al alloy-coating.

Features
- Because corrosion resistance is higher than that of the current GI, longer service life and use of a thinner coating weight are possible.
- Thanks to its uniform exterior, ECOGAL-Neo? can be used as a substitute for post-coating/post painting, contributing to process omission.
- Excellent weld quality on the same level as GI can be obtained by any welding method,including spot welding, arc welding, boss welding, etc.
- Because the coating layer is soft and does not crack under bending and other forming processes, forming is possible by the same processes used with GI. In addition, formed parts also display excellent corrosion resistance.
- ECOGAL-Neo? possess excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis and is suitable for use under severe environments such as acid rain, livestock buildings, compost buildings, etc
